1. Refer to activity n.4 p.193: translate the information you found and use it to prepare an English brochure advertising a week-end in one of the monasteries.
2. Refer to activity n.5 p.207: Translate your tour for English speaking tourists and prepare a brochure to advertise it.
3. Refer to activity n. 3, p. 215: translate your ideas in English and write a short letter to the European Union describing your proposal and explaining why you think it can be helpful.

CONVERSATION

Work in pairs. Compare your opinions on sustainable tourism: do you agree that this is the only option for the future? Are you a responsible tourist? Make examples of how you and your family usually behave when you are on holiday, pointing out the good and bad habits you have.
